The Capital K-9 Association is a 501c(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing bulletproof vests and Ace K9 Hot-N-Pop Systems to working K-9’s in Law Enforcement Agencies throughout the United States. These bulletproof vests and Ace K9 Systems are offered to law enforcement agencies through the below listed application process. Application Criteria: The K-9 must actively employed in the United States. **Please Note: K-9 Vests and Ace K9 Systems are donated on a first come first serve basis as funds become available. Completion of this application does NOT guarantee that a K-9 Vest or Ace K9 System will be awarded.
